Whitening treatments work best on clean teeth. Before applying the first treatment, gently brush your teeth with water or a fluoride free toothpaste such as our Whitening Toothpaste.

Apply Whitening Formula
Apply the whitening formula directly to the front surface of your upper and lower teeth. The whitening formula is what gives your teeth that pearly white finish.
Step 4
Activate Your Light
Insert the tray into your mouth, push against your teeth and turn the accelerator light on. The light needs to be kept on for 10-30 minutes, so take this time to relax while it works its magic.
Step 5
Rinse and Smile!
Rinse your mouth and clean the tray. You're now done! Use the application once a day for 7 consecutive days for best results.
